It It Anita
IT IT ANITA (Belgium) embraces the noise from the 90’s, but knows how to give it their own twist. They associate loud, energetic music with subtle details and deep emotions. Think of a dynamic hybrid of Sonic Youth, Fugazi, Dinosaur Jr., Les Savy Fav, Metz and At The Drive In.

The Homesick nl
The Homesick are three guys from a small Northern Dutch village (Dokkum) playing noisy pop songs. Since the release of their first EP three years ago, when the boys were not yet old enough to order beer, their music developed into something more daring, noisy and experimental. Their debut album 'Youth Hunt', which was released in March 2017, got great reviews from around the world. Selected Dutch and British media are already hooked. The psychedelic post-punk sound of the band is often compared to that of Preoccupations, Sonic Youth or ‘some lost bands on Factory Records’. The debut album features songs that deal with Medieval martyrs (‘St Boniface’, who was slain in their hometown in 754, allegedly for cutting down the holy tree of the village), teenage Christianity (‘The Best Part of Being Young Is Falling In Love With Jesus’) and hipster food (‘Eater of Meat’). They were invited to European showcase festivals MENT Ljubljana and Music Week Tallinn in 2017. Read more on Last.fm.
