Vacancy freelancers production - Nightlife and Concerts

With around 200 concerts and 100,000 visitors a year, Trix is ​​one of the largest venues for alternative pop music in the country. In addition to organizing concerts & nightlife, Trix is ​​also a workplace for pop music with rehearsal rooms, a recording studio and multimedia classroom. Trix works with a talented and driven team and we are looking for freelancers production (f/m/x) who share our unconditional passion for music and who want to strengthen our permanent production team on a regular basis:

• In consultation with our programmers and the production coordinator, you collect all necessary information about the organisation, logistics and technicalities of a concert or nightlife event. You pass this information on in a clear and timely manner to the other Trix teams and the artists.
• You are responsible for the smooth running of the production side of events so that they always take place in a qualitative way in Trix according to the standard workflow of Trix, so that all parties involved (bands, agents, crew, crowd, volunteers, etc.) are satisfied.
• You make callsheets, think cost-effectively and monitor deadlines.
• You follow up the post-production of the event until everything is clear and settled.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are a planner and an administrative jack-of-all-trades.
• You are polite, you work systematically and you have a memory like a library.
• At busy times you keep your cool and you are a beacon of peace for those around you.
• You are social and can communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
• You think outside of the box: you can deal with a diverse audience: from metalheads to technoravers, from young people to business people: you are a professional chameleon.
• You don't have a 9-to-5 mentality. Sleep is for the weak!
• You are hands-on and proactive, and your professional attitude strengthens the Trix brand.
• You appreciate the work of the volunteers and look forward to getting to know them.
• Being able to distinguish a microphone from a hi-hat is always a plus!
